What does the role involve?
For us, the sales department is the pulse of our customers. Sales engineer plays an important role in Øglænd System. You will set up targets together with your manager. It requires close partner cooperation with the clients, based on understanding their needs, gaining loyalty, and seeking mutual benefits.
As a Sales engineer you need to understand the customer needs and be able to add value, such as help to find new and better solutions together with the customer.
Some of your skills should be:
- Preferably background from El installation and/or HVAC.
- Experience in technical sales.
- Technical understanding and confident with discussing and presenting technical solutions.
- Willingness to develop in Øglænd System.
- Readiness to travel all over Norway.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian is a must.
- Driving license B.
- Experience in Shipbuilding or/and Offshore industry.
